Role Overview
The CSR/Inside Sales Representative partners with regional Territory Sales Managers to drive territory coverage and maintain positive dealer relationships. They work as part of a team to make dealers aware of upcoming training, literature availability, and ensure they are happy with products and services.
What You Will Do
The representative will help build sales, maintain sales programs, provide excellent customer service, execute all aspects of the sales function, and recommend alternate products. They will also obtain and monitor scheduled shipment dates, generate new and repeat sales, and educate customers about product terminology, features, and benefits.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of progressive sales experience, 2+ years of customer service experience, and a high school diploma or GED equivalent. They will be able to provide excellent customer service, work positively with all levels of management and peers, and have a positive, professional attitude.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of progressive sales experience
- 2+ years of customer service experience
- High School diploma or GED equivalent
- Knowledge of HVAC equipment/products (preferred)
- General Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Database application skills
- Effective and high-quality Customer Service/Relationship management skills

Benefits
- Pay Range: $22.43 – $28.00
