Role Overview
As a Mid-Market Sales Manager, you will lead and coach a high-performing sales team to help them understand our advertisers’ needs and deliver measurable solutions that grow their businesses using an analytical approach to sales management.
What You Will Do
Recruit, retain, motivate, and develop a client-facing and high-performing sales team of account strategists and account executives. Deliver against ambitious business and product growth targets, grow engagement, and client satisfaction for a portfolio of medium businesses in an assigned market.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
- 11 years of industry experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, or IT, or 8 years of experience with an advanced degree
- Experience in a people management role leading sales teams
- 8 years of experience managing relationships with customers or agencies and service partners at an executive level
- 6 years of experience working in the advertising, marketing or sales industry, or product area
- 2 years of experience working in a complex, matrixed organization
- Knowledge of traditional and online marketing strategy and tactics or e-commerce experience, with an understanding of e-commerce dynamics
- Ability to model and coach sales behaviors including C-level engagement, effective questioning, objection handling, competitive selling, including track record in commercial teams
- Ability to be independent and grow in a rapidly changing environment, with effective problem-solving skills
