Role Overview
As the Product Marketing Manager of Social Growth Marketing, you will be a critical driver of business growth for Google Ads. You will be responsible for developing and executing a sophisticated social media strategy that amplifies our most successful content, key decision-makers at the world’s largest brands and agencies, and generates a predictable pipeline of high-quality leads for our sales teams.
What You Will Do
Develop and lead the end-to-end social-media strategy for Google Ads across LinkedIn, YouTube and emerging platforms. Drive a ‘community-first’ approach by leading and executing a comprehensive community-management strategy designed to boost-engagement and brand loyalty.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
- 6 years of experience in product marketing, social media strategy, or digital advertising
- Experience utilizing social media management platforms (e.g., Sprinklr or Brandwatch)
- Expert-level understanding of social platforms, with a deep knowledge of targeting, bidding strategies, performance measurement, and best practices
- Ability to define and track key business metrics, analyze data, and translate insights into actionable strategies and creative opportunities
- Strong written-communication skills and a portfolio demonstrating the ability to turn technical product concepts into engaging social content
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful social strategies that have a direct and measurable impact on the business
