Role Overview
As a Technical Account Manager, you will help customers successfully adopt Google Cloud products, leading the implementation journey and providing technical guidance. You will develop relationships with stakeholders to understand customer needs and drive business transformation strategies.
What You Will Do
Accelerate customer adoption of Google Cloud, provide technical guidance, manage timelines and milestones, and develop strategic roadmaps. Plan for customer events and launches, and work with customers and Support to guide issues/escalations to resolution.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field
- 5 years of experience in a customer-facing role
- Experience in cloud operations, technical support, and escalation management
- Understanding of IT operations, database systems, networking, IT security, and cloud-native application development
