As a People Operations Business Partner, you will play a strategic role in aligning business objectives with partners and employees across designated departments, providing end-to-end HR expertise, and shaping the organisation’s future.
Requirements
- 10+ years of HR experience with at least 5 years of relevant experience in a human resource business partnering in technology, fintech, or high-growth organisations.
- Track record of solving complex problems and managing organisational change, including experience guiding senior HR professionals through ambiguous situations.
- Ability to build trusted relationships with employees and leaders at all levels, demonstrated through your history of influencing decisions and navigating sensitive conversations.
- Experience with HRIS systems and People analytics tools such as Power BI, to extract workforce insights and present data to leadership.
- Structured analytical skills with demonstrated judgement, shown through your experience diagnosing causes of organisational challenges and recommending specific solutions.
- Experience managing multiple concurrent projects, demonstrated through your history of delivering workforce initiatives within timeline and budget.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations across the markets where we operate
