Role Overview
Grafana Labs is looking for an Enterprise Account Executive, Growth who will be responsible for prospecting and growing existing business across the Asia. The role involves identifying, nurturing, and closing opportunities with existing customers, managing forecasts, and tracking customer data. The ideal candidate will have a consultative sales approach, expertise in articulating the value of Grafana products, and experience in managing sales pipelines in Salesforce.
What You Will Do
Identify new opportunities to expand Grafana usage within a set of current customers, meet and exceed individual quarterly and annual sales goals, manage all aspects of the sales process, cultivate sales through outbound prospecting and inbound leads, and become an expert in managing your sales pipeline in Salesforce.

5+ years’ experience in infrastructure and / or cloud technology sales, proven track record of top-tier performance, tenacious, entrepreneurial, and collaborative mindset, experience in high-velocity tech companies, excellent communication skills, Salesforce fluency, and comfortable working remotely with global teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years’ experience in infrastructure and / or cloud technology sales
- Proven track record of top-tier performance (top 10%) in competitive environments
- Tenacious, entrepreneurial, and collaborative mindset
- Experience in high-velocity tech companies
- Excellent communication skills across all channels (in-person, virtual, written)
- Salesforce fluency
- Comfortable working remotely with global teams
- Strong relationship-builder who thrives in a fast-paced, consultative environment
Benefits
- OTE (On-Target Earnings) compensation range $335,000 – $386,000 SGD
- Restricted Stock Units (RSUs)
- 30 days annual leave
- 3 days annual leave reserved for Grafana Shutdown Days
