Role Overview
As an Online Marketing Manager, you will shape campaigns that move people and products that change lives. You will steer high-performance funnels along the entire customer journey, combining performance with meaning, numbers with emotion, and marketing with real transformation.
What You Will Do
You will plan, manage, and optimize cross-channel lead campaigns, develop and maintain landing pages, email flows, and automations, and set up tracking and analysis logic.

Requirements
- Several years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on funnel, automation, and lead generation
- Technical expertise in CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot), tracking, email marketing, and landing page tools
- Strong affinity for numbers and experience with performance KPIs
- Structured, self-responsible working style in a dynamic environment
- Strong communication skills and interface competence in an interdisciplinary team environment
