What You Will Do

Manages all aspects of complex enterprise-grade SaaS product deployments, joins forces with the Product and Engineering team to ensure national, state and/or territory requirements are accurately defined, oversees program-level change management activities in conjunction with client partners and internal stakeholders.

Previous experience with international business operations and scaling projects for international markets. Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• PMP certification preferred
• Experience utilizing technical program/project management tracking tools to ensure project tracking and completion, preferably Smartsheet
• Experience delivering large software deployment, infrastructure, or enterprise application programs, including enterprise level and cross functional projects through successful completion.
• 5+ years of IT experience in a support or deployment role.
• Ability to work autonomously to meet objectives with minimal oversight.
• Analytical, strategic, and creative problem-solving skills.
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is required.
