Role Overview

The Technical Sales Engineer serves as the critical technical lead throughout the sales cycle, partnering with prospective customers to understand their unique operational requirements and engineer tailored solution recommendations.

What You Will Do

Translate customer requirements into robust system designs, proposals, and presentations, and partner cross-functionally with Sales, Engineering, Operations, and Product teams to ensure proposed solutions are technically sound and commercially viable.

Requirements

  • At least three years sales engineering or technical sales experience

  • Deep familiarity with video surveillance, access control, gate operators, and physical security technologies
  • Strong execution skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, tight deadlines, and competing demands simultaneously
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Visio (or similar tools)
