What You Will Do
Monitor sales performance, develop sales strategies, recruit and train sales consultants, ensure an exceptional customer experience, manage inventory and merchandising, maintain compliance with dealership policies and manufacturer standards, and collaborate with other department leaders.

Requirements
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the automotive industry (luxury brand experience preferred)
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and managing successful sales teams
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales goals and drive profitability
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
- Deep understanding of automotive sales processes, CRM systems, and dealership operations
- High level of professionalism with a customer-first mindset
- Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
