Role Overview
Join us as a Technical Account Manager, working alongside a Customer Success Manager to act as the face of the BaaS organisation with our enterprise clients.
What You Will Do
Own Delivery engagement from ‘Initiation’ through ‘Launch’ to ‘Run’ of financial products, drive end-to-end project delivery for client implementations, and translate business needs into technical requirements.
