Role Overview

Support a manufacturing organization’s North American sales team in recovering tariff-related costs by gathering, analyzing, and reporting component-level import tariff data.

What You Will Do

Gather monthly tariff impact data, complete customer-specific documentation, review data with the Sales team, and support Sales planning.

Requirements

  • Experience working with import documentation, including 7501 entry forms and component invoices
  • Familiarity with U.S. tariff classifications, including Section 232 auto tariffs and IEEPA tariff structures
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to track and reconcile data across multiple sources and stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or similar data tools for compiling and organizing financial impact data
  • Strong communication and follow-up skills to coordinate with plant teams and internal sales groups on missing or incomplete data
