Role Overview
Manage the Sales Operations department, providing leadership and direction for direct reports, and working closely with worldwide Product Support business units to assist in closing sales and maintaining customer satisfaction.
What You Will Do
Provide assistance to direct reports, coordinate with site management, ensure the department stays within its annual budget, and prepare weekly reports for management.

Requires 8 years of aviation, sales, or quality experience, with at least 2 years of experience managing professional-level employees or program/process management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Aviation Science, Business, Finance, Engineering or a related field
- 8 years of aviation, sales, or quality experience
- 2 years of experience managing professional-level employees or program/process management
- Computer literate and proficient
- Basic selling and negotiating skills along with a professional demeanor
- Knowledge of the business aircraft marketplace
- Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- CRM software and process experience preferred
- Familiarization with Lean Six Sigma preferred
