Role Overview
The Key Account Manager (KAM) Mass Market is responsible for managing and developing strategic relationships with key retail partners to drive sales growth and enhance brand presence in the consumer health sector, specifically in the oral care business.
What You Will Do
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners, analyze market trends, negotiate terms and conditions, monitor and report on key sales KPI’s, and lead internal and external preparation and execution of annual negotiations.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

- Strong understanding of the mass market retail environment and consumer health products
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical skills to get insights on data and market trends
- Ability to travel as required
