Channel Marketing Manager

Role Overview

The Channel Marketing Manager will own and execute Crowcon’s global channel marketing strategy, supporting growth through new and existing channel partners. This is a hands-on role responsible for translating business and product priorities into integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive engagement, pipeline and partner performance.

What You Will Do

The Channel Marketing Manager will design and execute joint demand generation activities, translate global marketing campaign frameworks into local marketing plans, and support activation of global brand campaigns through distribution partners.

Why It Might Be a Fit

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in B2B channel or partner marketing, communications or generalist marketing, ideally within industrial, technical or technology sectors. They will be commercially minded, highly collaborative, and able to connect marketing activity to pipeline and revenue impact.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in B2B channel or partner marketing, communications or generalist marketing
  • Hands-on experience developing and executing partner marketing programmes and campaigns
  • Strong commercial mindset with the ability to connect marketing activity to pipeline and revenue impact
  • Experience working in a matrixed, international environment across global teams
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in campaign performance tracking, reporting and dashboards
  • Ability to translate complex priorities into clear and compelling partner-facing communications
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Comfortable working in a lean team environment with the ability to prioritise, multitask and adapt quickly
