Role Overview
We are looking for a Pipeline Marketing Manager to own the strategy and execution of programs that generate and accelerate qualified pipeline for a B2B SaaS company leveraging AI capabilities. This role sits at the intersection of Marketing, Sales, and RevOps, with a strong focus on conversion efficiency, attribution, and predictable revenue growth.
What You Will Do
Own pipeline generation and acceleration programs aligned to quarterly revenue goals, plan and execute multi-channel campaigns, partner with Sales and RevOps, translate AI and SaaS product value into clear messaging, manage campaign forecasts and performance reporting, and continuously optimize programs.

Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B pipeline or demand marketing within a SaaS environment
- Strong understanding of AI-enabled products and complex SaaS buyer journeys
- Track record of driving qualified pipeline and revenue impact
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms (HubSpot or Marketo with Salesforce)
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and project management skills
- Prior experience working fully remote, fluency with remote collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana, or similar), and experience working with US- or UK-based companies
