Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Sales Development Representative to drive top-of-funnel growth through a balanced mix of outbound and inbound sales activities. This role is suited for a seasoned SDR who can independently manage prospecting, lead generation, and appointment setting while serving as a mentor to junior team members.
What You Will Do
Conduct high-volume outbound cold calling and email outreach, manage inbound leads and convert them into qualified sales opportunities, perform in-depth prospect research and account qualification, set and manage sales appointments and product demos, consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly pipeline targets, maintain clean and accurate CRM data, provide feedback on messaging, scripts, and prospecting strategies, support onboarding and coaching of junior SDRs as needed.
