Sales Enablement & Training Specialist (SDR – BPO/Call Center)

Role Overview

We are seeking a Lead Sales Enablement & Training Specialist to own the onboarding, training, and ongoing development of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) within a BPO/call center environment.

What You Will Do

Lead the onboarding and training of all new SDR hires, design and develop sales training and enablement programs, manage and coach SDRs, and ensure operational excellence across sales enablement processes.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in a sales management, supervisor, or team lead role within a BPO, call center, or high-volume sales environment
  • Proven experience training, coaching, and managing SDR or inside sales teams
  • Strong understanding of sales development roles, outbound prospecting, and lead management
  • Demonstrated ability to create structured training programs, work modules, and enablement content
  • Operationally strong with the ability to design, follow, and enforce repeatable processes
  • High level of technical proficiency and comfort working with LMS platforms, CRMs, and sales tools
