Role Overview
The Area Sales Manager for retail is responsible for overseeing and driving sales performance across a geographic territory. The role involves setting and achieving sales targets, managing and motivating the local sales teams, developing and executing sales strategies, and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and partners.

Develop and implement strategic sales plans, lead and motivate a team of sales representatives and store managers, monitor store performance and sales data, and build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
