Role Overview
The Growth Marketing Specialist, Direct Mail will help drive the growth and performance of our Direct Mail channel across our Canadian brands. This is a hands-on role for someone who takes ownership of their work, thinks in numbers, and enjoys turning data into clear actions that drive growth.
What You Will Do
Support the planning, execution, optimization, and A/B testing of Direct Mail acquisition campaigns. Manage campaign operations from end to end, including audience planning, creative coordination, vendor management, budgeting, forecasting, execution, reporting, and post-campaign analysis.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 3+ years of professional experience in growth marketing, offline marketing, direct mail, print media, CRM, lifecycle marketing, or another acquisition-focused role
- Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills, with experience managing large data sets, campaign trackers, budgets, and reporting files
- An ownership mindset
- Strong analytical skills with comfort working with acquisition and performance marketing metrics
- Exceptional project management skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience collaborating with external vendors and internal stakeholders outside of Marketing
- A collaborative approach that brings energy, curiosity, and focus to the team
