We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Manager to help scale up and lead our Product Marketing function across the HelloFresh and Chefs Plate brands for a 12 month contract.The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing product marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and market share as well as collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring ideas and campaigns to life. Reporting to the Director of Brand, you will be a key leader on the marketing team responsible for leading key strategic initiatives, championing new ideas and thinking, as well as coaching and developing direct reports.

  • Lead the product marketing strategy and execution that maximizes core menu awareness and appeal, drives uptake, and promotes new product development
  • Partner with brand, product and culinary teams to bring new product concepts to life based on consumer data, helping to position the product and key messages effectively
  • Lead the development and execution of various product marketing campaigns to drive acquisition and reactivation across the channel mix
  • Own product marketing communications to active customers to drive product education, new product development, promote surcharge items and add-ons
  • Be the key local partner to global teams sharing insights and business priorities for the CA market while managing the CA strategic content calendar for product marketing across key owned channels.
  • Partner with Growth, Retention, and Reactivation teams to leverage core menu news to help maximize campaign value
  • Maximize strategic partnerships for in menu experiences that elevate the brand, provide added value to customers, and create impactful experiences for key revenue partners.
  • Coach and develop a direct report.
  • Be responsible for managing budget spends as well as tracking performance and KPIs
  • All other duties, as assigned

Sound a-peeling? Here’s what we’re looking for

  • 7+ years of brand or product marketing experience with proven and consistent results. Experience in Tech, CPG, or DTC businesses is an asset..
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful product marketing strategies
  • Experience leading consumer marketing campaigns and activations working with external agency partners.
  • You are a strategic thinker: you bring a deep product knowledge and dig deep into the mind of your target buyer to deeply understand their needs.
  • You are a storyteller: You are able to take technical concepts and convert them into a story that impresses your audience.
  • You are analytical: You understand the P&L and take a structured data driven approach to solving problems and creating business recommendations.
  • You possess strong interpersonal and communication skills and have the ability to influence and motivate people at all levels across a broad variety of job functions.
  • Strong learning agility and willingness to take on new challenges. You have a hands-on attitude and consistently achieve project goals while managing scope, time, quality and risk.
  • 1-2+ years of experience managing a team and developing direct reports.
  • A university degree in Marketing, Business, or other related field of study
