Role Overview

We’re looking for an aggressive and disciplined sales professional to work with plant safety professionals at large industrial end users to identify safety problems and opportunities to reduce injuries and costs. The territory for this position is Southern Kansas and the state of Oklahoma. Flexible home office location, with a preference for candidates based in Tulsa or Oklahoma City.

What You Will Do

Work with plant safety professionals to identify safety problems and opportunities to reduce injuries and costs, recommend and specify HexArmor solutions, assist customer Safety Management, and establish relationships with divisional and corporate level safety officers.

This role requires a problem-solving consultative sales approach, expertise in specifying products to large end users, and experience managing distributors in the industrial and/or PPE markets. The ideal candidate will be able to communicate clearly and collaboratively, work efficiently without daily supervision, and manage customer expectations.

  • Ability to communicate clearly and collaboratively by phone/email to prospects and customers
  • Process driven and ability to manage customer expectations thru the HexArmor solutions process
  • Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel
  • Ability to learn and use CRM—SalesForce.Com
