Role Overview
We are seeking a Key Account Manager to drive growth in our defense and space markets. This individual contributor role will report to the Director of Customer Business Teams and be responsible for executing the Customer strategy in the Americas, driving next generation customer program developments globally, and overseeing all customer related activities.
What You Will Do
The selected individual will be responsible for generating new revenue, leading customer solutions, establishing and fostering strong relationships with key customer contacts, and owning revenue forecast for associated customers.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university
- 3+ years’ experience in technical sales with a network in the aerospace composite materials community
- Knowledge of composite products in aerospace and defense markets
- Experience in contract negotiations, supply chain, and project management
- Ability to act autonomously and establish, build and work effectively in a team-based environment
- Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a matrix organization
- Understanding of basic commercial and financial principles
- Advanced MS Office Suite skills
