Role Overview
Lead HGA’s national marketing strategy for the Engineering and E+I practice, partnering with the Market Sector Leader, Market Strategist, and National and Regional BDs to execute the national marketing strategy and plan. Manage a sector marketing team and oversee their work on pursuits and marketing activities.

Develop and execute award submissions, sponsorships, memberships/associations, conferences, and thought leadership pieces to enhance visibility and credibility. Collaborate with the brand, communications, and digital teams to promote sector projects, news, and expertise across digital channels.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Architecture, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- 10+ years of experience in marketing or business development, with at least 3 years focused on the architecture, engineering, or construction (AEC) or other professional service industry
- Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Deltek Vantagepoint)
- Working knowledge of: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat/Reader, Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator
- Marketing generalist with exposure to and experience with a wide range of marketing activities
- Strong understanding of the strategy, process, and messaging for pursuits, RFPs, and client interviews, and demonstrated collaboration with business development
- Knowledge of AIA, SMPS, or other industry organizations and certifications (e.g., CPSM) is a plus
