Role Overview
As Director Digital Growth & Performance Marketing, you will take on the strategic and commercial responsibility for our Performance area. You will develop our team, our customers, and our performance portfolio further – and make data-driven creativity, media excellence, and AI solutions a real growth driver for Valley.
What You Will Do
You will develop a clear vision for the area and translate this into strategic roadmaps, priorities, offers, and growth initiatives. You will lead and inspire our Digital Growth & Performance team, recognize market trends, customer needs, and technological developments early on, and lead new business opportunities from them.
Why It Might Be a Fit
You will be responsible for the strategic media planning of our customer projects, develop and steer the channel and funnel strategies for our campaigns, and operate on an operational level when it matters. You will also be responsible for the development and implementation of our proprietary AI solutions.
Requirements
- Leadership & Business Growth: You are an experienced leader and have proven that you can not only inspire teams (> 5 people) but also develop entire areas strategically and lead them to commercial success.
- Proven success in new business is a matter of course for you.
- Strategic foresight & performance expertise: You master the entire keyboard of performance marketing – from strategic media planning to full-funnel strategies and cross-channel scaling, with a focus on paid social.
- AI vision & product development: Your heart beats for data-driven campaign optimization, while you also bring a clear vision for the use of AI in performance marketing.
- Tracking, measurement & analytics: You understand the basics of tracking, measurement, and attribution and can ensure that campaigns are optimized on a reliable data basis together with specialists.
- Agency DNA & customer leadership: You know the agency life, love the pace, and move confidently on the Key Account Management, pitches, and strategic customer development track.
- Stakeholder management & network talent: You build passionate networks and navigate with diplomatic skill and clear stance between customers, consulting, creation, management, and team.
