Role Overview

As an Area Manager, your main focus will be to lead and develop a group of stores in close alignment with store managers to deliver strong business results, ensure best-in-class store experience, practice strong leadership and ensure operational excellence in alignment with global values and long-term ambition.

What You Will Do

Lead, coach, and inspire store teams to reach sales and profit goals, ensure all stores follow H&M standards, routines, and policies, and be accountable for financial targets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail, or similar (or equivalent experience)
  • 5+ years in multi-store retail management
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in coaching and developing teams
  • Commercial mindset with ability to analyze and act on KPIs
  • Experience ensuring compliance and operational standards
  • Ability to lead change, e.g., new store openings or rollouts
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Comfortable with retail systems and digital tools
