Role Overview
Provide sales leads and sales support to the Service Sales Representative, determining customer needs and providing solutions to generate referral-based sales.
What You Will Do
Prepare estimates and quote letters, drive new sales, assist with sales presentations, educate potential customers, and refine communication skills.

Requirements
- 2+ years’ experience in inside sales/account management preferably HVAC, Construction or Service
- Bachelors Degree (preferably in engineering, math, or the sciences)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Professional appearance
- Mechanically inclined and possess a strong understanding of the psychology of sale
- Solid organizational and sales pipeline management skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong time management skills
- Strong problem solving and analytical thinking skills
- Ability to effectively use Excel, Word, Outlook, and basic computer skills
