Role Overview
Join the Hogan team in Orlando, FL as a Rental Sales Manager, responsible for sales & operational activities of commercial truck rental product line, including business development, account management, customer service, asset management, and branch performance.
What You Will Do
Pursue new commercial rental accounts, sell the value of the commercial truck rental product line, execute a successful sales process, prospect, propose and sign new business, manage rental accounts and customer concerns, and develop sales leads for contractual product lines.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent working experience)
- 2+ years sales and/or leadership experience is preferred
- Ability to develop positive business relationships
- Analytical and problem-solving mentality
- Ability to work well within a professional team environment
- Energetic, self-motivated, and competitive mentality
- Strong desire to take initiative and compete in a sales-driven department
- Desire to face and address new challenges
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced work environment
- Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years
- No drug or alcohol related conviction on your record in the past 3 years
- Authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
