Role Overview
The Sales Account Manager is responsible for developing and managing new and existing customer relationships throughout the Baltimore and Washington marketplace.
What You Will Do
Develop and grow sales within the assigned Baltimore and Washington marketplace, prospect, qualify, and secure new business while expanding existing customer relationships.

Requirements
- Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales goals and revenue targets
- Experience in foodservice, fresh protein, meat, poultry, seafood, or food distribution sales preferred
- Strong prospecting, negotiation, and closing skills
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to build long-term customer relationships through exceptional service and consultative selling
- Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong planning, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM or sales management software
- Bilingual in Spanish or Korean is a plus
- Valid driver’s license with the ability to travel throughout the assigned territory
- Ability to successfully pass a post-offer/pre-employment drug screening and background check
