Role Overview

Responsible for creating, maintaining and developing relationships with current and potential accounts. Primary activities include contract review, customer relations, customer service, sales support, account profitability and order processing.

What You Will Do

Support sales forecasts, oversee customer order files, and ensure forecast data is current and updated within the ERP system. Develop and maintain positive customer internal relations, lead customer visits and meetings, and identify improvements in sales processes and systems.

Why It Might Be a Fit

Must possess excellent communication skills, both via telephone, in written format, and in face-to-face communications. Demonstrates depth of relationships across the organization structure at key accounts.
