Data Analyst Senior

HealthPartners is hiring a Senior Data Analyst to deliver digital product reports, dashboards, and insights to inform product decisions. The role requires a strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with experience building and maintaining dashboards, proficiency in SQL and data modeling, and the ability to communicate insights through clear data storytelling.

Requirements

• Degree in economics, mathematics, business, computer science, data or social science, operations research, statistics, or a related quantitative field.
• Experience building and maintaining dashboards using tools such as Power BI or Tableau
• Proficiency in SQL and experience working with relational databases
• Strong data modeling experience (including DAX and Power Query)
• Experience integrating and analyzing complex data from multiple sources
• Proficiency in Python, R, or similar programming languages
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Proven ability to communicate insights through clear data storytelling
• Experience presenting findings and actionable recommendations to stakeholders
• Self-motivated, curious, and proactive with a strong sense of ownership
• Ability to collaborate effectively across technical and business teams and with various levels of leadership
