Role Overview
We’re looking for an experienced, hands-on digital marketer to run the delivery side of our agency. The founder handles all client meetings, sales, and strategy calls. Your job is to execute: build the campaigns, do the SEO work, optimise performance, and prepare the reporting that gets presented to clients.
What You Will Do
Execute SEO, Google Ads, and Meta Ads campaigns across multiple client accounts, implement SEO strategies, build and manage Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns, conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and SEO audits, monitor campaign performance, and prepare monthly client reports.
Why It Might Be a Fit
This is a pure delivery role with no client meetings. You report directly to the founder and communicate internally via ClickUp and chat. You will have flexibility in how you manage your time, but are expected to align with AU business hours for collaboration.
Requirements
- 2+ years hands-on experience in digital marketing, ideally agency-side
- Strong understanding of SEO best practices (on-page, off-page, technical, local)
- Proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns with measurable results
- Experience running Meta Ads campaigns for lead generation
- Confident analysing performance in GA4, Google Ads, and Meta Ads Manager
- Good written English for internal communication and report writing
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple accounts independently without micromanagement
- Reliable home office setup: fast internet, modern computer, quiet workspace
- Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certification (preferred)
- Experience with Google Tag Manager and conversion tracking setup
- Familiarity with WordPress websites, ideally with Rank Math or similar SEO plugins
- Experience using SEMrush for SEO tracking, keyword research, and performance analysis
- Exposure to GoHighLevel or similar CRM/marketing automation tools
- Experience in email marketing using platforms such as Klaviyo or Mailchimp
- Basic understanding of conversion rate optimisation (CRO) principles and best practices
