Role Overview
As the Manager of Partner Success, you will lead a global team of Partner Success Managers, building a high-performance culture and ensuring 85% of new partners are fully set up within their first 16 days. You will analyze churn indicators, design global playbooks, and partner with Channel Account Management leaders to identify roadblocks and ensure enablement efforts help sales goals.
What You Will Do
Hire, lead, and coach a global team of 7–8 Partner Success Managers, analyze churn indicators, design and implement global playbooks, partner with Channel Account Management leaders, drive the team to identify and act on ‘at-risk’ indicators, and establish and track KPIs.

Requirements
- 3+ years of experience leading teams in customer success, enablement, or account management
- Proven track record of building teams or processes from scratch
- Direct, candid communication style and ability to lead through transparency and trust
- Experience with data and trend analysis
- Deep personal ownership of outcomes
- Experience in the MSP or cybersecurity space is a huge plus
