Role Overview
Partner Success Managers will play a crucial role in growing our relationships with our partners while helping them deliver cybersecurity to their customers through the Huntress platform. This role will be responsible for driving business efforts toward expansion, loyalty, renewals, partner satisfaction, and mitigating churn.
What You Will Do
Manage a book of business, work with partners to deliver solutions, build and maintain strong relationships, and help devise creative ways to engage with partners.

Success in this position will be measured by partner satisfaction, retention, and expansion within our current partner base. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in a partner-facing role, knowledge of the MSP space, and experience working with Salesforce or a similar CRM.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a partner-facing role
- Knowledge of the MSP space
- Experience working with Salesforce or a similar CRM
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and a large book of business
