Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Business Development Representative with experience in FinTech, Payments, Financial Services, Payment Service Providers (PSPs), Merchant Services, or Payment Gateways. This role is ideal for a commercially driven sales professional who thrives in outbound prospecting, lead generation, and enterprise relationship building.
What You Will Do
Research target accounts, merchants, and key decision-makers to identify new business opportunities. Generate and qualify leads through outbound prospecting via phone, email, LinkedIn, and other sales channels.

Candidates must have prior experience selling FinTech, payment, financial technology, merchant services, or related B2B solutions. Strong relationship-building, communication, presentation, and consultative selling skills are required.
Requirements
- Minimum 1–3 years of B2B sales, business development, SDR, BDR, or account development experience.
- Proven experience within FinTech, Payments, Financial Services, Payment Service Providers (PSPs), Payment Gateways, Merchant Services, Banking Technology, Financial Software, or SaaS companies with strong financial exposure.
- Strong relationship-building, communication, presentation, and consultative selling skills.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms and sales tools, preferably Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, and Google Workspace.
- Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s Degree highly advantageous.
