Role Overview
The team is looking for a Mid-Level Sales Development Representative to act as the engine of their insurance agency. In this role, you will leverage a high-volume quote system to connect with warm leads and bridge the gap between initial interest and a closed policy.
What You Will Do
Conduct high-volume outreach, engage with warm leads, facilitate live transfers to licensed sales agents, manage lead data and follow-up tasks, and maintain a consistent, high-performance output.

Requirements
- Previous experience as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) or in a similar cold-calling role
- Proven ability to handle high-rejection environments with resilience and professionalism
- Exceptional verbal communication skills and a confident phone presence
- Ability to work strictly within the CST timezone (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional remote workspace
- Experience with Insurance industry
