Join us and be part of the next era of SpecPro! In this role, you’ll build valuable problem-solving skills while gaining hands-on experience with data and truck specification processes. You’ll learn how SpecPro delivers critical data to our dealers and develop a deeper understanding of product complexity—knowledge that can support long-term growth across DTNA.

What You Will Do

Review and interpret ServiceNow (SNOW) stories to perform quality assurance testing on SpecPro data ahead of weekly releases, verify data accuracy, and validate rule logic and hierarchical data flows.

Requirements

  • BS/BA and prefer 0-2 years of relevant experience OR 4 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree
  • Proven customer service experience focused on delivering responsive, high-quality support
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, effective communication skills, and organized
