What You Will Do
Review and interpret ServiceNow (SNOW) stories to perform quality assurance testing on SpecPro data ahead of weekly releases, verify data accuracy, and validate rule logic and hierarchical data flows.

Requirements
- BS/BA and prefer 0-2 years of relevant experience OR 4 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree
- Proven customer service experience focused on delivering responsive, high-quality support
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, effective communication skills, and organized
