Role Overview
Lead and grow roof adhesive product line across the country, with primary responsibility for Southern Florida and a strategic focus on market expansion into California, Arizona, Texas, and additional Gulf Coast regions. Manage a team of Territory Sales Representatives and drive revenue growth.
What You Will Do
Lead a team, drive revenue growth, develop go-to-market strategies, strengthen contractor and distribution networks, and manage accessory items and inventories.

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in roofing, construction materials, or related industry
- Prior sales leadership or team management experience
- Strong understanding of steep slope roofing systems, adhesives, and regional building codes
- Experience working with contractors, distributors, and specification communities
- Proficiency with Salesforce CRM and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong technical and mechanical aptitude
- Ability to position products effectively against competitors
