What You Will Do
You will combine a customer-focused approach with a proactive business development mindset, ensuring exceptional client experiences while actively seeking new prospects. Your efforts will contribute directly to growing IGT’s client base, enhancing customer loyalty, and positioning us as a leader in the glass hardware industry.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven sales experience in B2B environments with a track record of successfully retaining accounts and acquiring new clients
- Demonstrated success in customer retention and business development strategies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster trust and build long-term client relationships
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and leads effectively
- Proactive and solution-oriented mindset with the ability to identify and act on opportunities
- Collaborative team player with the ability to work cross-functionally for seamless customer experiences
- Knowledge of the construction or glass hardware industry is a plus
- Proficient in CRM tools and account management software
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is required
