Role Overview
Manage overall branch sales operations, drive home loan business growth, build customer and builder relationships, lead sales team, and develop strategies to achieve branch sales targets.
What You Will Do
Direct sourcing, DSAs, connectors, builder tie-ups, open-market channels, customer service, compliance, team management, recruitment, engagement, portfolio performance monitoring, corrective measures, regulatory adherence, collaboration with Operations and Risk teams, collections, market trend tracking, customer feedback, promotional campaigns, contests, and innovative initiatives.

2–5 years of experience in Home Loan or Mortgage Sales, strong local market knowledge, established regional network, leadership skills, business development, networking, negotiation, influencing, interpersonal, communication, problem-solving, analytical, and Excel skills.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in Home Loan or Mortgage Sales within BFSI/NBFC
- Prior experience in direct customer acquisition and channel sales
- Strong local market knowledge and established regional network
- Proven ability to lead sales teams and manage branch-level P&L
- Strong business development, networking, negotiation, and influencing skills
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving abilities
- High motivation, self-starter attitude, and bias for action in a high-performance environment
- Strong analytical skills to track performance and drive profitability
- Working knowledge of Excel and sales MIS tools
