Role Overview

Partner with the VP of Sales to improve the sales organization’s operations, identify bottlenecks, and automate repetitive work. This role sits at the intersection of sales, operations, strategy, and AI.

What You Will Do

Design, build, and maintain AI-powered workflows, automate processes, create reporting and dashboards, and drive execution on key priorities and projects.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, sales operations, revenue operations, business operations, consulting, or a similar execution-focused role
  • Demonstrated experience using AI tools to improve workflows, solve business problems, or automate work
  • Experience with AI platforms such as Claude and automation tools such as Gumloop, n8n, or similar technologies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to structure ambiguous problems and develop practical solutions
  • Strong business judgment and understanding of how sales organizations operate
  • Ability to work independently, move quickly, and thrive in ambiguous environments
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create clear presentations and executive-facing materials
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through
  • Proven ability to take ownership of projects and drive them to completion
