E-Commerce Sales Operations Specialist (HYBRID)

Role Overview

We are looking for an E-Commerce Sales Operations Specialist to support the day-to-day execution of our e-commerce operations. The ideal candidate has a hunger for process improvement, operational excellence, and data-driven decision making.

What You Will Do

Manage the daily processing, validation, and posting of high-volume marketplace invoices in ERP, Dynamics 365 (D365). Lead and execute the department’s weekly invoicing close process to ensure all marketplace and storefront invoices are completed accurately.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain, Marketing, Operations, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce operations, sales operations, accounting support, business operations, or a related field
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets with the ability to organize, analyze, and reconcile data
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Comfortable working with ERP systems (D365 preferred) and high-volume transactional data
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
