Role Overview
As an Outbound Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying leads through proactive outreach, researching target accounts, and collaborating closely with our Enterprise Account Executives to drive revenue growth.
What You Will Do
Partner with Enterprise Account Executives to strategically identify and qualify prospects within your assigned territory. Conduct thorough research on target accounts, identify key decision-makers, and generate interest in our solutions.

Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in sales, lead generation, or business development within enterprise software
- Experience with Salesforce, Gong, Apollo, or similar CRM and sales automation tools
- A results-driven ‘hunter’ mindset with the ability to work independently
- Strong understanding of sales processes, objection handling, and prospecting techniques
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- High energy, tenacity, and a self-starter mindset
- Excellent time and territory management skills
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
