Role Overview
We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Customer Journey Expert to join our Growth and New Segments area of Payments and Daily Banking Tribe. As customer journey expert, you will own the end-to-end acquisition journeys for Cuenta Nómina and Cuenta NoCuenta, driving commercial growth while continuously improving the customer experience.
What You Will Do
Your key responsibilities will include owning and delivering commercial targets through the design, execution, and monitoring of acquisition campaigns, driving acquisition initiatives across all sales channels, and representing the voice of the customer and continuously improving onboarding and daily banking journeys.
