Role Overview
Lead and develop a team of Diabetes Sales Representatives to drive education, market development, and field execution for the Pivot Insulin Pump. The ideal candidate is an experienced people leader who excels in coaching, strategic planning, and fostering a high-performance culture.
What You Will Do
Ensure sales targets are met, recruit and coach a high-performing team, create and execute launch strategies, conduct performance management, and monitor business analytics.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, science, or related field, or equivalent work experience
- At least 2 years of sales management experience in Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, or Healthcare industries
- Knowledge and experience in market access, including the pharmacy, DME, and Specialty Pharmacy Channel
- Proven ability to develop, motivate, and lead teams through change while delivering on objectives
- Strong ability to influence team members’ activities and guide strategic decision-making
- Experience with CSO field management
- Demonstrated ability to recruit, retain, and develop top talent
- Deep understanding of the pharmaceutical, medical device, or healthcare markets
- Strong business planning, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to travel, including overnights
