Role Overview
Join our growing team at Innovative Staff Solutions as a Marketing Manager. This full-time exempt position will report to our Vice President and work closely with ISS leadership to strategize and develop long-term marketing plans.
What You Will Do
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies, oversee content creation, manage graphic design materials, lead the marketing team, conduct market research, and plan marketing events.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum of 1-3 years of marketing experience, preferably in a management or leadership role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong experience in Adobe Suite
- Deep understanding of social media management, analytics, and content strategy
- Ability to analyze data, track KPIs, and optimize marketing campaigns
- Professional appearance, strong leadership skills, and excellent communication abilities
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
