Role Overview
The Marketing Communications Manager, Social, plays a central role in shaping and executing Instinct’s audience engagement and social media strategy. This role is responsible for driving measurable growth in audience reach, engagement, retention, and content consumption across social and digital platforms.
What You Will Do
Own and execute the social media and content engagement strategy for Instinct’s brands, aligning with audience growth goals and overall business objectives. Develop and implement platform-specific strategies across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and emerging channels to maximize reach and engagement.

Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in social media, content marketing, audience development, or a related digital marketing role
- Proven experience developing and executing social media or content engagement strategies that drive measurable growth
- Strong understanding of platform dynamics, content formats, and best practices across major social media channels
- Demonstrated ability to use data and analytics to inform decisions and optimize performance
- Experience creating or directing engaging digital content, including video, graphics, and social-first storytelling
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex topics into clear, engaging content
- Experience working cross-functionally with editorial, design, and marketing teams
