Role Overview
The Branch Sales Manager is responsible for leading both the Arlington and Kent branches, identifying prospective customers, fostering business relationships, and driving sales and profitability. Success involves developing a cohesive team that embodies IDI’s culture and Core Values.
What You Will Do
Primary responsibilities include profitable growth of IDI sales, customer retention, branch operations, employee management, safety and compliance, financial management, training and supervision, inventory management, and corporate liaison.

- Relationship building with vendors, customers, and sales staff
- Strong planning, time management, and organizational skills
- Strategic planning, sales management, negotiation, and vendor management experience
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office products
- Detail-oriented and able to focus on individual and team goals
- 5+ years in sales, with a preference for experience in insulation or building materials
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent related experience
