Role Overview
Insulet is seeking a highly motivated Associate Marketing Manager to join its Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) Marketing team for the Omnipod brand. This role involves supporting the planning, development, execution, and optimization of paid media campaigns across both online and offline channels.
What You Will Do
Support the planning, execution, and optimization of media campaigns across a mix of channels—including paid social, paid search, CTV, and emerging platforms, as well as paid landing page content. Actively monitor campaign performance and report on results and key learnings.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5+ years of related experience in digital paid media, with demonstrated experience in both the analytical and the creative sides of planning and execution.
- Strong analytical skills and comfort with interpreting performance data.
- Proven skills in managing agency relationships, coordinating with external partners, and working cross-functionally with internal stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple paid media activations simultaneously, coordinate complex timelines, track deliverables, and ensure on time execution.
- Proficiency building campaigns within Meta Business Manager and Google Ads (experience in TikTok, Reddit, or Snapchat Ads Manager a plus but not required)
