Role Overview
The Senior Manager, Sales Operations plays a pivotal role in driving commercial performance and scalability within Insulet’s Global Commercial Operations team. This highly visible, hands-on leader will manage a small team while partnering cross-functionally across sales, marketing, market access, and customer care to translate strategy into actionable KPIs, insights, and incentive programs.
What You Will Do
Develop key performance indicators (KPIs), incentive compensation plans, and insights to drive commercial strategy and objectives. Build and maintain strong rapport with commercial business partners to develop KPIs in support of their initiatives. Drive continuous improvement, automation, and self-service of insights consumption for the commercial team.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree (preferred field of study: Business Administration, Finance, etc)
- 10+ years related experience that includes business analysis/reporting and incentive compensation management
- 5+ years people management experience
